For some, I am their one degree of separation from Guy Kawasaki, although I must remind everyone that he’s very easy to approach and is only an email away – removing me as the middle person. I don’t mind, I am certainly not my Daimyo’s keeper, and I find that the more you empower those within in your community the stronger the individuals’ become – the more solid the entire unit.

The GEO topic is growing with the addition of India, Pakistan and the most recent France. I am particularly excited about France.Alltop.com because it is the first non-English category (Alltop is literally going global!). When I received the email from Guy to begin building France he signed it with sacré bleu! I thought to myself, “Blue what?” or was he saying, “Blow something?” I was pleased to learn that it just means, OMG! or DAMN! or HOLY COWS!
For the tech savvy and entrepreneurial minds, Alltop has got MOBILE covered. The sites featured on the shelf of this online magazine rack is beneficial for both businesses and consumers. Although “From the Mind of NEENZ” has yet to become mobile friendly, going mobile is the future – the trendsetting Japanese cellphone culture is tremendous!
To say that Alltop has got Moms covered is an understatement, with more than 250 featured sites and growing daily, Moms.Alltop.com is #4 in a Google search for the word “moms” (It was #7 only two days ago!). The overwhelming popularity of Moms.Alltop.com, inspired two additional categories, Women.Alltop.com and Adoption.Alltop.com. Do you hear that? It’s the grunting and marching of a Men.Alltop.com category being compiled by those that cover all of the top news on men.
My traffic has doubled, and can be directly attributed to being featured on Life.Alltop.com and Hawaii.Alltop.com, both split pretty evenly. But don’t take my word for it, after all I am part of the Alltop.com team. The picture at the top is an actual screen capture of a tweet from CoolWebMom whose blog is featured on Moms.Alltop.com. So much traffic from Alltop.com that she needed to switch to a dedicated server? Sacré bleu!
