I own the iNV from the Banana Store, are you with me? I don’t want to get into a Miller beer commercial of “tastes great, less filling” with respect to the PC vs. MAC. PC has been good to me and my budget, however like any true geek I desire other toys, better toys hence the ownership of the iNV.
The tides are shifting, just a bit from banana to Apple as I have recently purchased an 8G iPod Touch. To be honest, I want Lilinoe to invest time and energy in the iPod Touch because it’s her portal back to me (and my online schedule) when she’s outside of the home. This will occur as soon as I get my hands off of it!
Kokua Wireless is a great resource for the hot spots on Oahu, and whether we’re at the Honolulu Club, hula or most recently Congressman Neil Abercrombie’s birthday connecting is as fast as the road runner. The only problem I’ve encountered is in our home with Linksys, but I’ve discovered iPod Touch Hacks (no I don’t want to break it out of jail, just some good tips) that we recently added to Mac.Alltop.com, so I’ll find my solution as soon as I find time. Which reminds me, has anyone seen it lately?
I will be picking up my 32gb ipod touch this evening. I’m totally excited, I’ll even lick it when I get it to let you know if it tastes good! Less filling will depend if I coat it with sugar before licking it
I made the change to apple about a year ago, with a macbook pro which I totally love! I haven’t given up on PC’s because it’s the way of the world but for enjoyment my mac is definately my best friend!
No need to hack the ipod touch now that all those neat apps have arrived at the itunes store.
