Too funny! In Virginia, our three older children will go to an overnight faith based High Adventure camp for a week. The younger one will attend two full day music/drama camps. There will also be a week of horse camp and continued horse riding lessons, and maybe a few violin lessons as well. The rest of the time will be spent at the pool, library and many prayers for patience!!! I had to laugh when I read the part about not remembering that footnote. Too funny!

The parade and the fireworks, it's all fun. It's great that you send your kids to summer school and classes. My mom sent me to Camp Slogget in Kokee on Kauai every summer, I loved it so much! One summer she also sent me to Kamehameha Schools summer school-- and yep, I was the only haole kid. I loved it! We even had a pidgin class! My cow no kaukau your cow's kaukau. LOL.
