It all started with a tweet! Since 2007, I have been a member of Nononina, Inc., parent company of leading news aggregation site Alltop. I started as a citizen journalist for Truemors, until is was acquired by NowPublic in mid-2008, who has since been acquired by Examiner.com in 2009. Launched in March 2008, Alltop set out to aggregate “all the top” stories that have large readerships. As we head into our third year, Alltop aggregates more than 800 topics and has empowered our readers to create their own customized front page with MyAlltop. As of February 2011, Alltop has a global Alexa traffic rank of 3,509 and a US rank of 1,504. As I mentioned above, my journey with Nononina, Inc. began with a tweet to Co-Founder Guy Kawasaki. It continues to be my honor to serve as the Chief Evangelist of leading news aggregation site, more commonly known as the only “online magazine rack” Alltop.
